Yes — you can cancel or reschedule from the app. Cancellations made close to your appointment time may be subject to a small fee to compensate your detailer for reserved time.

Washers are paid through Stripe Connect. Once a job is complete and any hold period passes, earnings are deposited directly to the bank account connected during onboarding.
