The Klash 1.1 plans and rates below apply to new offers expressly activated under the 1.1 contract. Existing bookings and subscriptions retain their recorded prices and terms unless a separate change is explicitly approved. Publication alone does not enroll or migrate anyone.
These KlashPlus Subscription Terms (these “Subscription Terms”) describe how the KlashPlus membership works. They supplement, and should be read together with, Klash's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Independent Contractor Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service. If these Subscription Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on any point specific to KlashPlus, these Subscription Terms control; on all other matters, the Terms of Service control.

KlashPlus is an optional paid membership available to eligible Washers. In exchange for a recurring monthly fee, an eligible active KlashPlus business pays 0% Klash business service fee on newly qualified Direct and Marketplace Bookings, instead of the Standard Washer Platform Fee described in Section 10.2 of the Terms of Service.
KlashPlus is available to any Washer with an active Klash account in good standing. You must meet the Washer eligibility requirements in the Terms of Service, including the minimum age requirement, to subscribe to or maintain KlashPlus.
Standard costs $0/month, with a 4% business service fee for Direct transactions and 8% for Klash Marketplace transactions. KlashPlus costs $99/month, or $65/month for subscribers approved for the launch price, with 0% Direct and Marketplace business service fees. Fleet / Klash Business costs $300/month, or $150/month for subscribers approved for the launch price, with 2% Direct and 5% Marketplace business service fees. The customer booking & processing fee remains 3.5%.
Direct means a booking through a business's Klash booking link or Direct channel. Marketplace means a booking sourced through Klash Marketplace. Business transaction fees apply only to transactions actually processed through Klash. The fee and monthly offer are displayed before confirmation.
A subscriber approved for the launch price keeps the launch monthly price while the subscription remains continuously active. When cancellation takes effect, grandfathered pricing ends. Resubscribing later uses then-current available pricing unless Klash explicitly grants another offer. Historical bookings and subscriptions keep their recorded contracts; this publication does not reprice them.
Eligible KlashPlus subscribers receive a one-time 14-day free trial with KlashPlus benefits. Klash determines eligibility for trials and launch pricing; creating another business or resubscribing does not reset eligibility. The offer shown at checkout states whether a trial applies, its end date and the monthly price that follows: $65 for an approved launch offer or $99 for the regular offer.
An approved Fleet launch-partner subscription-free period is separate from the KlashPlus trial and applies only when expressly granted. Its duration, end date and subsequent price appear in the approved offer. There is no universal Fleet trial promised by these terms.
Unless canceled before renewal, KlashPlus renews monthly at the price stated in the approved subscription offer after the 14-day trial. Regular pricing is $99/month; approved launch pricing is $65/month subject to continuous subscription. Keep a valid payment method on file. Fleet monthly subscriptions use their separately approved $300 regular or $150 launch offer. Monthly subscription charges and booking transaction fees are disclosed separately.
Cancel through the subscription management option in your account. For cancellation scheduled at trial or billing-period end, benefits continue through that period and renewal stops when cancellation takes effect. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. A deletion request is processed separately as described in the Account Deletion Policy.
KlashPlus does not provide prorated refunds for an unused portion of a trial or billing period, except where required by law.
Payment-provider status determines subscription access. Past-due, unpaid, incomplete, canceled or expired subscriptions do not grant paid benefits for new bookings. Existing booking economics remain unchanged. Restoring payment does not grant another trial. Effective cancellation ends launch price continuity.

Material changes to other subscription benefits or future offers will be disclosed before they take effect. A new offer does not silently replace an existing continuously active launch monthly price.
Klash may suspend or terminate your KlashPlus subscription, in addition to any other action available under the Terms of Service or the Independent Contractor Agreement, for reasons including:
If your KlashPlus subscription is terminated for one of these reasons, you do not receive a refund for the remaining portion of your current Trial Period or Billing Period.
