KlashPlus Subscription Terms

These KlashPlus Subscription Terms (these “Subscription Terms”) describe how the KlashPlus membership works. They supplement, and should be read together with, Klash's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Independent Contractor Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service. If these Subscription Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on any point specific to KlashPlus, these Subscription Terms control; on all other matters, the Terms of Service control.

1. Overview

KlashPlus is an optional paid membership available to eligible Washers. In exchange for a recurring monthly fee, an active KlashPlus Washer pays 0% Klash platform fee on completed Bookings and receives 100% of the listed service price, instead of the Standard Washer Platform Fee described in Section 10.2 of the Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

KlashPlus is available to any Washer with an active Klash account in good standing. You must meet the Washer eligibility requirements in the Terms of Service, including the minimum age requirement, to subscribe to or maintain KlashPlus.

3. Pricing

KlashPlus currently costs $130 per month. Klash may change the price of KlashPlus in the future as described in Section 10 (Changes to Pricing or Benefits) of these Subscription Terms.

4. Free Trial

If you have never previously enrolled in KlashPlus, you are eligible for a one-time 14-day free trial (“Trial Period”). You may receive only one Trial Period. If you have previously enrolled in KlashPlus — whether or not you completed a Trial Period, and regardless of how long ago — you are not eligible for another free trial if you subscribe again.

During an active Trial Period, you receive full KlashPlus benefits, described in Section 8 (What KlashPlus Includes), at no charge.

5. Billing and Automatic Renewal

KlashPlus is billed on a recurring monthly basis (each, a “Billing Period”) to the payment method you provide when subscribing. Unless you cancel, KlashPlus renews automatically at the end of your Trial Period or each Billing Period, and your payment method on file will be charged the then-current KlashPlus price.

You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file for as long as you wish to remain subscribed to KlashPlus.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel KlashPlus at any time within the Klash app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current Trial Period or Billing Period. Your KlashPlus benefits remain active through the end of that period, after which your subscription ends and you will not be charged again.

KlashPlus does not provide refunds, prorated or otherwise, for any unused portion of a Trial Period or Billing Period.

7. Failed Payments

If a KlashPlus payment fails, is unpaid, or otherwise remains incomplete, your subscription becomes past due. While your subscription is past due, unpaid, incomplete, canceled, or expired, you do not receive KlashPlus benefits, and you are subject to the Standard Washer Platform Fee described in Section 10.2 of the Terms of Service for any Booking you complete during that time.

If you resolve a failed payment or provide a valid payment method, your KlashPlus subscription may resume. Resuming a subscription after a failed payment does not entitle you to another free Trial Period if you have already used one.

8. What KlashPlus Includes

An active KlashPlus subscription provides:

• A 0% Klash platform fee on Bookings you complete while your subscription is active.
• Receipt of 100% of the listed service price for each Booking you complete while your subscription is active, with no platform fee or payment-processing fee deducted from your payout.

9. What KlashPlus Does Not Include

KlashPlus does not:

• Guarantee any number of Bookings, job offers, or earnings.
• Guarantee priority routing, placement, or visibility over other Washers.
• Change the Customer Booking and Processing Fee described in Section 10.1 of the Terms of Service, which Customers continue to pay on all Bookings, including those completed by a KlashPlus Washer.
• Affect your obligations under the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, or the Independent Contractor Agreement, including your responsibilities regarding Proof Photos, Damage Claims, taxes, and platform conduct.
• Change your status as an independent contractor.

10. Changes to Pricing or Benefits

Klash may change the price of KlashPlus or the benefits it provides. If Klash makes a material change to KlashPlus pricing or benefits, Klash will provide advance notice through the Services or by other reasonable means before the change takes effect. Continuing your KlashPlus subscription after a material change takes effect constitutes acceptance of that change.

11. Termination

Klash may suspend or terminate your KlashPlus subscription, in addition to any other action available under the Terms of Service or the Independent Contractor Agreement, for reasons including:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Chargeback abuse
• Violations of the Terms of Service, the Independent Contractor Agreement, or these Subscription Terms

If your KlashPlus subscription is terminated for one of these reasons, you do not receive a refund for the remaining portion of your current Trial Period or Billing Period.
