Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your Klash account from Settings at any time.

This action is permanent. Completed deletion removes eligible personal data and cannot be undone. Required financial and dispute records may be retained. Earned payouts are not forfeited; unresolved obligations may delay completion.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

Open Settings

From the Klash app, go to your profile and tap Settings.

Find Delete Account

Scroll to Delete Account in Settings.

Request Deletion

Tap Request Deletion and confirm. We aim to complete eligible requests within 30 days of the original request. We explain any blocking obligation and next review step, and confirm completion using your account contact details.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account. We may verify your identity. The same 30-day fulfillment target and obligation/retention review apply.

What we may retain

We may retain limited records — such as transaction and payout records — where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance purposes, even after your account is deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
