Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Klash account and its associated data at any time.

This action is permanent. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved vehicles, and booking history, and cannot be undone. Washers with a payout balance should allow any pending payouts to complete first.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

Open Settings

From the Klash app, go to your profile and tap Settings.

Tap Account

Select Account, then scroll to the bottom of the page.

Tap Delete Account

Select Delete Account and confirm. Your account and associated data will be permanently removed.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion on your behalf within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What we may retain

We may retain limited records — such as transaction and payout records — where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance purposes, even after your account is deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
