These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Klash mobile application and getklash.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Klash LLC ("Klash," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Klash operates a marketplace that connects customers seeking vehicle detailing services with independent mobile detailing professionals ("washers"). Klash is not a detailing company and does not itself perform detailing services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Washers must complete identity verification and any onboarding steps required before accepting jobs.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getklash.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
When you book a service, your payment method is authorized for the estimated total. Cancellations made outside the window shown at booking may be subject to a cancellation fee to compensate the washer for reserved time.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Your payment method is charged automatically once a job is marked complete. Washers are paid out through Stripe Connect according to the payout schedule shown in the app, less Klash's service fee.
Washers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Klash. Washers are solely responsible for their own equipment, supplies, techniques, taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable law.
Customers agree to provide accurate vehicle and location information, to provide reasonably safe access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location, and to treat washers with respect. Klash may suspend accounts that engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe conduct.
Washers agree to perform services professionally, to arrive within the scheduled window, to use appropriate care with customers' vehicles and property, and to comply with all applicable laws. Washers are responsible for damage caused by their negligence.
Customers and washers may rate one another after a completed job. Ratings must reflect a genuine service experience. Klash may remove ratings or reviews that violate this policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Klash does not guarantee the quality of detailing services performed by washers, who are independent contractors and not employees of Klash.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klash's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Klash in the twelve months preceding the claim. Klash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If a dispute arises regarding a job, contact support@getklash.com so we can investigate and, where appropriate, facilitate a resolution between the customer and washer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Klash may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 6, 10–13 survive termination.
